Woah!! Look Who`s Comin To Town!!
| Usually the thing that bothers me the most about living in London, Ont. Is the lack of bands that play here...Sure there are good shows to check out everyonce in awhile but for the most part artists usually skip over London and head right for Detroit or Toronto. I guess its a good thing because if I lived in one of these cities I`d be broke. It has gotten a little better now that the John Labatt Center has entered the picture, but now it seems that you have to sell a kidney or get up at 5am to get tix..Why am I bitching you ask?? I`m not...It just seems that there are a lot of concerts coming up right here in my hometown that I will possibly be attending, and I`m not used to that. Here`s a list of what`s coming up in London that I think is worth checking. Yeah I thought so too (hence today`s post)....I`m really surprised that Brian Byrne is playing @ Chapters of all places!!..Now as for today`s music I`m gonna leave ya with some tracks from the new Goo Goo Dolls album...Yeah I know...I`m a closet Goo Goo Dolls fan. Usually I`m not really into bands that are over played on the radio but I have a good relationship with the Goo Goo Dolls (they put out albums and I listen).  TRUE STORY: When the album Dizzy Up The Girl came out in Sept 1998, I skipped school and drove all the way to Toronto (2hr drive), got McDonalds and then came back. I forgot to mention that The Meligrove band will be playing with Moneen @ Call The Office...but guess who can`t go cause he`ll be out of town....this guy...Pissed!

I love alot of pop music and I never apologize for it. The Dolls have made some of the best power-pop of the last 20 years.
