Rappers Delight!
I have given a back seat to Indie Rock over the past couple days which always happens around this time of year. I dunno what it is.... but with me I tend to listen to more Hip-Hop in the hotter months and more Rock in the cooler months. There is some really good stuff out there too,  Like the new Common single "The People" (which may be my summer jam)....He has a new album coming out too called Finding Forever. Kayne West has his hands all over this one too, so I expect good things....Judging by this track...I don`t think I`ll be disappointed (the chorus from Dwele is awesome)... Talib Kweli has a new album coming out soon too called Ear Drum. The song Country Cousins (Feat. UGK) has got a sick beat, and Talib`s flow is pretty disgusting (good)...Interesting note: Norah Jones is going to be a guest star on the album (wonder how that`s gonna sound).  Saigon (yeah the same guy from Entourage) is finally set to release his debut at the end of July. I dig the Pain In My Life track, but its the only one I`ve herd so far...Is he gonna be as big as he is in Entourage?...time will tell I guess....and to close out the post I would just like to add that I`m very disappointed with the new Chamillionaire song Not A Criminal...its a little too fiddy (50 Cent) for my liking.
