Apostle Of Hustle @ CTO

I wasn`t %100 sure if I was going to make it to see Apostle Of Hustle last night...The freezing rain in London was horrible, and turned downtown into a lake. That didn`t stop me though...I made it just in time to catch a couple tracks by Young Galaxy (the newest addition to the Arts & Crafts label)..Not a bad band, yet they lacked that certain appeal that seperates most bands from the rest. AOH were up next and started off with a few from the new album and continued to play a majority of songs from it. Didn`t bother me at all, since I`ve only herd the new album. The more I watched the more I realized how big of an influence Andrew Whiteman has on Broken Social Scene...Unfortunatly the songs where Andrew sings in his native tongue (Spanish) left me feeling a little sleepy (the audience as well)....but they played a tight set, and totally surprised the shit outta me..I also ran into Matt from Country Pinball Machine, and we had a good chat about our love for the RIAA :-)....if you havn`t been to his site yet, then please Check it out HERE..CN Apostle Of Hustle - National Anthem Of Nowhere (Awesome!)
