Merry Christmas!

I`m not going to be making another post until after Christmas...So I will start off by saying Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone...Now as 2006 winds down to a close I find myself listening to albums that I either missed or didn`t give a real chance...1st is Final Fantasy`s He Poo`s Clowds...A very clever album title btw...I never was really in a violin mood this year, so this album stayed on the shelf...2nd is Tegan & Saras So Jealous...An album I loved yrs ago..I saw T&S randomly on Muchmusic the other night and that got me into playing this album again..One of them is better looking then the other...Which one?..I can never remember...3rd is Nassau`s Machines To Paradise...I don`t know much about these guys but there are a few songs that have struck a chord with me...and last but not least I herd some new Do Make Say Think tracks...There still pretty new to me so I don`t have much of an opinion yet, but I`m sure you will....K that`s it...again Have a Safe and Happy Holiday...Cheers...Chris Neiles Final Fantasy - This Lamb Sells Condos Final Fantasy - He Poos Clouds Tegan & Sara - I Bet It Stung (My Fav T&S Song) Tegan & Sara - Speak Slow Tegan & Sara - Walking With A Ghost Nassau - Pounding In The Cave Nassau - Wolves Are Crying Do Make Say Think - The Universe Do Make Say Think - A Tender History In Rust

The Bees Vs The Bees

This has never happened before...I have fallen for two bands with the same name...(and the name isn`t that good) A few months ago I mention The Bees (U.S.) and talked about how much I was enjoying the album High Society...Now the british version of The Bees (U.K.) have a new album coming out in 2007, and yours truly got to hear it...Its funny cause they sound so much alike but your still able to decipher who`s who...They both fit the alt-country / Indie rock category very well...I`ll leave ya songs by both..that way you can decide who you like better...CN The Bees (UK) - Got To Let Go (My Fav) The Bees (UK) - Love In The Harbour The Bees (UK) - Listening Man The Bees (US) - Hard Luck Tom The Bees (US) - High Society The Bees (US) - The Country Life

Not To Self....See Bloc Party In Concert

There has been a wack load of Bloc Party remixes sufacing around the net lately...and yeah I`m going to share some with you..I havn`t listened to them a lot and some I havn`t even herd yet. Its cause I find it hard to listen to a remiix of a song, when the original was so good. There always fun to check out, and fun to impress your friends with (C`mon I know you all have bragged about having the latest Remix by a BIG band) Having said that I like the original material.
